Concrete Asphalt Paving, Inc. was formed in 2009 by Linda (Pat) Pevehouse who had over 30 years in the commercial paving/construction industry. Upon her passing in 2015, Pat left the company to her daughter, Carla P. Woody-Bennington. Carla has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and a bachelor’s degree in business.
We are a family business with three generations currently employed with our company.
Concrete Asphalt Paving is a 100% Women Owned Business with certification by the Texas Small Business Administration.
